Rachel Manekin Promoted to Full Professor

Professor Manekin's most recent book is about Jewish women runaways in Habsburg Galicia

The Meyerhoff Center’s own Rachel Manekin was promoted to the rank of Full Professor starting this Fall. Professor Manekin works on the history of Jews in nineteenth-century Eastern Europe, and her most recent book is The Rebellion of the Daughters: Jewish Women Runaways in Habsburg Galicia, from Princeton University Press.
