Bill Dauster is senior counsel for the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee. Bill has served on United States Senate, White House, and campaign staffs since 1986. He was Deputy Chief of Staff for Senate Leader Harry Reid; Staff Director or Deputy Staff Director of the Budget, Labor and Human Resources, Finance, and HELP Committees; and Deputy Director of the White House National Economic Council. Bill has taught at Pennsylvania University’s Penn in Washington Program and at American University’s Washington College of Law.
